I work with people who want to take their work or another area of their life to the next level and break out of established patterns.

I support you throughout the entire process: from clarifying your goals, to developing an implementation strategy, and tracking your progress. During our sessions, we explore the connections between performance, development, and collaboration, whether the topic is professional or personal.

Coaching is not for everyone, nor is it always necessary. However, if you want to make a change, or your environment is changing and you don't want to fall behind, I can help.

I'd like to share a few facts and thoughts about myself that can help you gain a more complete picture of who I am and show where our paths and interests might connect.

Qualifications

I graduated from the University of Debrecen as an Economist and Business Coach.

Professional Background

I have worked for multinational corporations (GE, BT), a municipally owned company (EDC Debrecen), startups (Innonic), and SMEs (Shoprenter). Each experience offered a different perspective on career opportunities, business decision-making dynamics, and collaboration between individuals and teams.

Leadership Experience

I have eight years of HR leadership experience in the startup and SME sectors. In 2021, I was proud to receive the Young HR Manager of the Year award.

Sports Career

I competed in karate for ten years during a formative period of my personal development, between the ages of 7 and 17. As a member of the national team, I earned several podium finishes in international competitions, both individually and as part of a team.
