How I work
Step out of the routine
I work with people who want to move up a level in their work or elsewhere in their lives, and break out of the patterns they've settled into.
I stay with you through the whole process: from clarifying your goals, through building a strategy for getting there, all the way to tracking your progress. In our sessions we look for the links between performance, growth and collaboration — whether the topic is professional or personal.
Coaching isn't for everyone, and it isn't always necessary. But if you want to change something, or the world around you is changing and you don't want to be left behind, I can help.

Let's get to know each other
Here are a few facts and thoughts about myself, so you get a fuller picture of who I am and can see where we might connect.
Qualifications
I graduated from the University of Debrecen as a certified economist and as a business coach.
Professional background
I've worked at multinational corporations (GE, BT), at a municipally owned company (EDC Debrecen), as well as in the startup (Innonic) and SME (Shoprenter) sectors. Each one showed me a different side of career opportunities, of how business decisions unfold, and of how individuals and teams work together.
Leadership experience
I have eight years of HR leadership experience in the startup and SME segments. In 2021 I was the proud winner of Hungary's Young HR Leader of the Year award.
Sporting background
I competed in karate for ten years during a formative period of my personal development (between the ages of 7 and 17). As a member of the national squad I placed on the podium at several international competitions, both individually and with the team.
